Log Cabin Days
Living History – Experience Life on the Frontier
With the crispness of Fall in the air, the Pioneer Museum opens its grounds for Log Cabin Days on the second Saturday of every October. This is a special annual event for families to experience life on the frontier.
Join in a harvest of Fall Fun and enjoy a memorable day with the entire family. Watch the blacksmith working at the forge or decorate a pumpkin. See handworkers weaving and spinning. Experience churning butter, washing on a scrub board or making rope. Visit our one-room school house and learn about country schools of the past.
Activities and demonstrations take place during regular museum hours.
