Rent Our Historic Facility
If you are looking for a unique location for your group event, we are pleased to offer our property for lease. Our three-acre Pioneer Museum grounds, located on Fredericksburg’s Historic Main Street, offers a variety of venues. Whether you have a small ceremony, reception, or family reunion under the shade of our pecan trees, or you choose to add tents for a larger gathering, our Museum grounds create a hometown Fredericksburg feel.

The ambience of the location with the added decorations and food makes this a perfect place to have an event. Former Sanctuary – $1000 Banquet seating in Sanctuary for 120. Theater seating for 200. Includes folding chairs.
Please Note: Due to major renovation on our Social Hall and Sanctuary, we are suspending rentals until September 1, 2016. The new facilities will include a catering kitchen and totally new restrooms. If your event is to take place after September 1, please contact us.

Wagon Yard – $1,500 Pecan and oak canopied grounds for up to 500 people. Includes use of Social Hall for staging purposes.

Damage deposit (refundable) - $250. Security - Minimum of two guards and a minimum of four hours at $150/guard. Additional fees apply for groups larger than 200 guests and events lasting longer than four hours. |
